Correspondence Courses
In addition to the classes offered on campus, the English department, through the Office of Independent Learning, provides the opportunity for students to take classes both online and through correspondence.
- Online classes are web based courses that follow WWU's quarterly deadlines.
- Correspondence classes are self-paced courses that can be completed in 1-3 quarters. You may register for correspondence classes anytime.
ATTENTION! WWU English majors/minors may apply up to 10 credits earned through distance learning to their major or minor course of study. We strongly advise you to meet with your
advisor to discuss the benefits and possible drawbacks of registering for an online or correspondence class.
